Returns window
Unused, in-original-condition items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable). Custom and commissioned pieces are final sale.
How to start a return
Write to hello@desertart.co with your order number. We'll issue a return authorization and shipping instructions. Items shipped without authorization cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 7 business days. Bank processing may add a few days.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos within 72 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at our cost.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange for size or color where stock allows; otherwise we'll refund and you may place a new order.
