Lead times
- Leather goods: 2–3 weeks before dispatch.
- Decor & smaller items: 1–2 weeks before dispatch.
- Furniture & carved cabinetry: 6–10 weeks before dispatch.
Shipping methods
Smaller pieces ship via insured express courier (DHL/FedEx). Furniture ships via specialized freight with white-glove delivery available in major US and EU cities.
Transit times
- United States: 3–6 business days after dispatch (express); 2–4 weeks (freight).
- Europe & UK: 4–7 business days (express); 3–5 weeks (freight).
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days (express).
Duties & taxes
International orders may incur import duties and VAT, payable on delivery and determined by your local customs authority. These are the buyer's responsibility.
